COVID-19 Community Coordinator

Through a partnership with the Minnesota Department of Health, HAP is a COVID-19 Community Coordinator, providing community connections to COVID-19 testing and resources. We help people access resources related to housing, food support, health care and mental health, employment, and many other needs. We can also help with information about testing, contact tracing and case investigation. We can provide help and consultation to you in multiple languages—including English, Hmong, Karen, and Somali.

HAP Food Program

Dear Community Member,

HAP has partnered with Ramsey County to deliver free groceries to families who live in Ramsey County and have a need for grocery delivery due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The program is intended to provide emergency relief for the families who are unable to access or having trouble accessing groceries due to the pandemic.

Due to the overwhelming response, we are not accepting any more applications.

If you would like to be placed on the wait list, you will need to call our COVID-19 Hotline at 651-304-6236. You can also email askHAP@hmong.org and a COVID-19 Care Coordinator will respond to you within 24-hours.
