Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED)

HAP’s workforce and small business programs, including the Small Business Assistance Partnerships (SBAP) program, are funded in part by the State of Minnesota through the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED). 

Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS)

Certain community services and supportive programs are funded in part through grants administered by the Minnesota Department of Human Services. 

Minnesota Office of Higher Education (OHE)

Select workforce training initiatives supported by grants administered through the Minnesota Office of Higher Education.
