This past year, HAP has distributed over $1.6 million in small business relief to the Hmong, Southeast Asian, and immigrant refugee business owners who have been affected by COVID.

HAP has served 29,958 people through our health and wellness programs which include services such as mental health navigation, chemical health recovery support, domestic violence and sexual assault, and MNsure health insurance application and assistance. This past fall, many community member struggled with mental health, employment, housing, childcare, legal rights, and other issues. HAP responded by helping more than 350 people and connected them to community resources to support their COVID-19 related needs.
