HAP offers small business and microloans, business technical assistance, and pre-and post-loan services to our community, specifically low-income immigrant and refugee entrepreneurs in the Twin Cities. Through financial education and training to potential borrowers and individual counseling. HAP works to build immigrants’ financial capacity in a culturally respectful manner through financial education, and small loans to support small business start-ups and expansions.
