Bernard Gleton – ITF, A+, N+, S+
From the football field to the IT classroom, I’ve spent the last 16+ years in tech turning setbacks into setups for something greater. After an injury ended my semi-pro football career, I transitioned into IT, starting in a call center and working my way up to System Administrator. Now, I proudly serve as an IT Instructor—empowering the next generation of tech professionals through real-world knowledge, mindset development, and hands-on learning.

I currently teach remotely with HAP’s Career Pathways program, helping students gain the technical skills and confidence they need to break into the tech industry. Whether it’s breaking down networking protocols or supporting students who’ve never touched a command line, I meet people where they are and help them level up—on the job and in life.
