TRANSCEND is a culturally responsive advocacy program at Hmong American Partnership that provides survivors with the tools, resources, and support needed to break free from abuse and reclaim safety and independence.

What is Domestic Violence?
Domestic violence is a pattern of abusive behaviorโphysical, sexual, emotional, verbal, or economicโused by one partner to exert power and control over another. It may include:

Humiliation or financial control
All services are offered in English and Hmong and are provided with the utmost confidentiality and care.
