HAP CELEBRATES THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. SOPHIA VUELO AS THE FIRST JUDGE OF HMONG DESCENT TO SERVE MINNESOTA 

Saint Paul, MN- Hmong American Partnership (HAP) celebrates the appointment of Ms. Sophia Vuelo as a Ramsey County District County Judge becoming the first Hmong appointed judge in Minnesota and only the third judge of Hmong descent in the nation. Appointing Ms. Vuelo to the Second Judicial District demonstrates the Hmong population?s ability make invaluable contributions to the community.
