Video Highlight – HAP Joins Forces with OIC of America

HAP recently became one of the newest affiliates of OIC of America, a national network of organizations devoted to helping economically disadvantaged and unemployed people of all races and backgrounds become productive, more fulfilled members of society. As we embark on the expansion of our new workforce training centers and double the number of trainees served, OICA will help enhance our job training programs by providing technical expertise and a proven program model.
