HAP Board Member Chou Jim Yang Promoted to Sergeant in St. Paul Police Department

HAP would like to congratulate it’s Board Member, Mr. Chou Jim Yang for his promotion to Sergeant with the Saint Paul Police Department! Sgt. Yang has been a dedicated officer for over 14 years, and is the current president and co-founder of the Minnesota Asian Peace Officers Association. Thanks to Sgt. Yang for all his hard work, and for helping to keep our streets safe.
